DrumChasers World Premiere In Blackpool - 16th March!

Experience the phenomenal new percussion spectacular DrumChasers as it opens for its world premiere at Blackpool’s Grand Theatre on Wednesday 16th March

Ten incredible percussionists and dancers take to the stage in an explosion of sound and light with a story of rivalry, romance and rhythm in the dazzling world premiere of DrumChasers at Blackpool’s Grand Theatre on Wednesday 16th March.

Powerful and energetic, moving and funny; this is a sensational new stage show for all ages from renowned British composer Ethan Lewis Maltby and is a follow-up to his international hit Noise Ensemble.

Mr Bennett, a caretaker in an old concert hall, looks after the instruments stored within its walls. However, one night, something happens, something loud and something otherworldly and he is transported to the land of the DrumChasers - a land of percussion where forbidden love struggles to be heard against the noise of rival gangs. It is up to Mr Bennett alone to settle this dispute and bring peace.

DrumChasers has no dialogue - the percussion does all the talking. And with an exciting, strong, clear narrative, it is accessible to all and promises an evening quite unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.

DrumChasers opens for its world premiere at Blackpool’s Grand Theatre on Wednesday 16th March at 7.30pm. See it here first!!!
