Dance With Camilla - Friday at the Tower

As mentioned on our show today - here's a chance for everybody to join Camilla Dallerup's special dance diet class as part of the GMTV live broadcast at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom on Friday 29th January 2010.
Throughout January, GMTV has been featuring the Dancing Queen Diet fronted by our new exercise guru, and former Strictly champion, Camilla Dallerup. Viewers can sign up to the 28 day diet plan online and follow the healthy eating and exercise plan via gm.tv, but have also been able to work out with Camilla on the show.

This week Camilla will be performing her dance workouts from various glamorous locations around the UK, finishing with the international home of ballroom dancing, Blackpool. GMTV need people, of both sexes and all ages, to come along and learn the routine Camilla will be performing, then perform it behind her live on screen during GMTV. This will be Camilla’s last live so this is your last chance to take part in the Dancing Queen Diet on television.
All abilities and ages welcome. Any children must be accompanied by adults. Anyone with health problems should be aware that the routine will involve aerobic activity.
