Afternoon Tea Dances At The Sands Blackpool Venue From 26th April

The Sands Venue is expanding its entertainment repertoire with afternoons of great live music and dancing. Every Tuesday, from 26th April until Tuesday 14th June, guests will enjoy live music and dance with waltzes, foxtrots and sequence dancing performed by a fantastic live band!

The Frontline Dance Quartet has worked extensively around the world on P&O Cruises and famous liners such as the QEII, Aurora, Oriana and Arcadia. Members of this band have also played with the likes of The Supremes, Joe Longthorne, The Nolans and Manfred Mann!

Owner of The Sands Venue, Mr Peter Swann said; “If these afternoon tea dances prove to be popular with the local residents then we will be happy for them to become a regular occurrence and will extend the schedule of Tea Dances throughout the year”

Tickets are priced at £9.99 which includes a light finger buffet of sandwiches and scones and also a cup of tea or coffee! Doors open at 2pm and will finish at 4.30pm.

The venue is also expanding its evening repertoire of dancing with a special Salsa evening on Thursday 12th May and a Mexican evening on Thursday 1st September, where guests can enjoy these authentic and vibrant musical styles alongside traditional cuisine for these genres.
