Jersey Boys Show Extends Run At Blackpool North Pier Theatre

With spectacular performances of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons’ hits, the hit show Ragdolls Tribute to The Jersey Boys is staying at North Pier Theatre every Thursday evening until the end of October!

 A spokesperson for North Pier said, “The Ragdolls tribute to The Jersey Boys is truly an amazing production. It has proven to be one of the highlights of our summer season of family-friendly shows in North Pier Theatre. The feedback we have received from those who have seen the show so far has been fantastic. The Ragdolls have the audience up dancing and singing at every performance and at the end of the night there is always a standing ovation. We are so pleased that the show is going to be continuing its summer Thursday evening slot throughout September and October, during the Illuminations period.”

Shane Perkins who portrays Frankie Valli added, “It is a great pleasure and honour to be asked to perform extra dates at North Pier Theatre. Everyone in the band is excited and looking forward to more great shows. The audiences throughout the summer have been amazing and supportive; just what we needed for a summer show. In the first part of the hit summer show the Ragdolls willtake you back to where it all began, recreating the Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons’ iconic ’50s songs including Still Of The Night, Oh Carol, Teenager In Love and Why Do Fools Fall In Love. With slick choreography and the recognisable falsesetto vocals this really sets the scene. An acoustic section of their hit songs are a highlight and show off the diversity and harmonic sounds of the talented Ragdolls as once created by the members of the great band itself.

By the end of the first half you will definitely be Hanging On to your seats and Beggin’ for more.

 The second half of the show is truly party on the pier time, as the Ragdolls perform such classics as Can't Take My Eyes Off You, Ragdoll, Walk Like A Man, Grease and many more.

The show’s finale is truly roof blowing! The red jackets come on and the room is electrified with that good old ’50s flare combined with a medley of songs which will have you singing and dancing in the aisles.
