We spied this wonderful restaurant by chance during an earlier visit to The Wirral and decided to go and sample the food.
There were two menus - one catering for meat eaters and the other for Vegetarians and Vegans - with plenty of choice - and a very comprehensive wine list. For those with special dietary requirements, the small print asks you to speak to the Manager so as to make sure you are properly catered for and we can report that they really do pull out all the stops to make sure everyone is happy.
The food really is as delicious as it looks and everything is perfect - welcome, service, decor, atmosphere, music (and they pass the Emily Test with flying colours too!). The Portrait House deserve the many awards they have won - e.g. Most professional waiting on Team, Chef of the Year - and they have generous special offers too - so do check them out.
