Bands will be subject to a public vote if they want to perform on the Jessica Foxley Stage at the Great British R&B Festival in Colne this August.
In previous years, the stage has provided a showcase for some of East Lancashire’s finest young talent.
And for the 2011 outing, the chosen acts were offered slots on the British Stage, with the likes of Bright Shapes, Jayke Cox and Deep in the Mire excelling.
Entries must be received by April 27 .
The winners will also be given the opportunity to record a demo at Studio 11 in Nelson’s ACE Centre.
Live auditions will take place at the Muni Theatre on Saturday, May 19th in front of a live audience and the public will get a chance to vote on who they think should represent new talent at this year’s festival. Interested artistes need to submit their application by clicking here
