Toast have been in Blackpool for years and now they have branched out into St. Annes and their venue at 21 - 23 Wood Street has a lot to offer. The usual Toast treats, plus a comprehensive Sunday lunch menu and we can definitely recommend this - especially the mouthwatering roasts!
But you don't have to eat, there is a nice, separate bar area and you can just chill out and have a drink - plenty of room.
An added treat yesterday (Easter Sunday - 31.3.13), was Sara Cheston and That Swing Thing Band playing from 3 pm until 6 pm.
With Sara were Gabor on Saxophone, Tony Hitchin on Bass, Brian Costello on Drums and Barry Cotton on Keyboard. Brian's backing to Sara's rendition of "Fever" the Peggy Lee classic was absolutely mesmerising.
