NWCFL Premier Division: AFC Blackpool 0 - Padiham FC 1

After winning their opening day clash of the new season 1-0 away at newly promoted Norton United, AFC Blackpool were unable to make it two wins from two starts with this bad tempered game against Lancashire rivals Padiham.

The only goal of the game came after 60 minutes and decisions and luck deserted the home side as time ticked away.

AFC Blackpool are at home to AFC Liverpool in the Extra Preliminary Round of the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon 11th August - 3pm kick off.

Squires Gate FC are away at Maine Road - also in the FA Cup - on Saturday.
