Friday 15th June - Artists Q & A Event:
Come and meet some of the artists and have your questions answered for the launch of the Sand, Sea & Spray Urban art weekend. In the Theatre Bar at the Winter Gardens from 6pm - 7.30pm.
Saturday 16th June - Live painting will be happening at 7 different locations:
North Pier, The Winter Gardens (outdoors on Adelaide Street), Deansgate (near The Old Rock Factory just off Abingdon St), Cheapside (just off Abingdon St), Adelaide St Car park, Palatine Rd (St. Aidens, Blackpool 6th Form College & Arnold School students competition) & Apollo Dancehall (on the gable end facing Waterloo Rd Bridge carpark).
Sunday 17th June - Live painting will be taking place on the terrace at FYCreatives (Church St) with Mydogsighs, Julian Kimmings & others TBC, whilst screenings of Toaster Toasters short film will be shown downstairs every 30 minutes from 12 until 4.
"3 people, 1 Toaster". Long before the term 'street art' was coined 'The Toasters' have placed their iconic image all over the g...lobe. 'Everywhere' documents previously unseen footage of the preparation and execution of some of their most recognisable pieces as well as new work and exclusive interviews.
