NWCFL Premier Division: AFC Blackpool 3 - Flixton 2

Two goals from Ben Waddington (in right of photo) and one by Mark Beattie were enough to win this close fought encounter with Flixton.  The result leaves the Mechanics in a highly creditable 7th place in the NWCFL Premier Division in their first season since winning promotion.

Their next match is on Wednesday 4th April away at AFC Liverpool.

Squires Gate FC are at home to Runcorn Linnets on Tuesday evening 3rd April and then again to Bacup Borough on Saturday 7th April - 3pm kick off.

The two South Shore rivals meet at Squire's Gate's School Lane home on Easter Monday 9th April at 3pm.  AFC Blackpool won the home fixture 2-0 on Boxing Day.
