A total of nine acts will play as part of the Jessica Foxley Stage over the four day event at the end of August. The standard this year was exceptional, so much so that one band has been given a slot on the International Stage!
TC and The Money Makers (in photo left) will be performing on the Saturday evening in between the likes of Lil’ Jimmy Reed, Sugar Blue, Billy Branch and Charlie Musselwhite.
Bexley Square Blues Band, The Midnight Ramble, Tom Byrne and Friends, Minor Blues and The 45s will perform at various slots on the British Stage over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
And another three – Half Deaf Clatch (see photo right), Brother Duke and Lily and Ross – 15-year-old
students from Park High School in Colne - will play on the Acoustic Stage at the Lesser Muni over the four day event.
The Jessica Foxley Stage was launched in memory of a talented, local musician who was killed in a car crash in July 2009.
This year’s Festival will be held from Friday, August 23rd until Monday, August 26th, with more than 600 artistes performing at 10 official venues over the four days.

A total of 30 acts applied for a place, 12 auditioned and nine made it through.
Not only have the acts won the chance to play in front of hundreds of both national and international Blues fans, they have also won the chance to produce a demo at Studio 11 Recording Studios at The ACE Centre in Nelson.
